As we all know All Terrain Vehicles have a very interesting history. In 1970 Honda introduced a vehicle called US90 just like modern ATV. These vehicles were created using fiberglass or hard plastic. They generally had six wheels to provide strong traction component. In Japan, a similar vehicle to this was used mountain terrain farms. In early days all terrain vehicles had a much lower tire profile and suspension. And during that time first 3 wheels ATV was introduced for public use and these 3 wheels ATV come to an end in 1987 due to safety issues.

In 1877 Torakusu Yamaha started a company called Nippon Gakki and it is later termed as Yamaha Corporation which is an important manufacturer of musical instruments. During 2nd world war Yamaha Corporation set up a factory in order to produce propellers for airplanes and this was the start for Yamaha Corporation to enter into motorcycle industry. Though this new company was a branch of Yamaha, after 2nd world war, this company was placed under an independent management under the administration of Ginichi Kawakami. The main thing is Yamaha’s engineers learned many skills on two stroke engines while the others like Suzuki took seven years later to learn those skills. For years Yamaha has pleased its clients in all possible aspects and now they have pleased the ATV riders in giving what they want. Every year new models of Yamaha all terrain vehicles are arriving.
