Women who are 34 weeks pregnant don't have things any easier. They are now noticing posture problems and random backaches. All of these types of issues are specific to each individual woman. It depends most often in how you are carrying your baby, low or high, how your body is most affected.

The way a woman carries her baby when she is 34 weeks pregnant affects other physical issues. Many women experience pressure in the vagina area, especially as the baby's position begins to drop lower. Some women find that they are plagued with pain or numbness in their fingers and wrists. This is concerning for those who have experienced bouts of Carpal Tunnel Syndrome.

33rd to 36th week

Your baby can open and close her eyes. She has fingernails too! The weight of your baby reaches about four pounds and her length grows to around sixteen inches. If you keep a tab of your pregnancy week by week, you won't be scared of the drastic changes taking place in your body.

Early sign of pregnancy

Monitor your body carefully to recognize early pregnancy symptoms. Advancing pregnancy week by week, gives rise to many changes in the body, both internally as well as externally. Some changes are:

Nausea: Morning sickness or frequent vomiting occurs very early in the pregnancy. Many women mistake it for food poisoning or stomach disorder.

Heartburn: Indigestion, acidity and heartburn are also early pregnancy symptoms and stay till late stages of pregnancy.

Enhanced sense of smell and taste: Lots of women become very sensitive to the taste and smell of common food items. Those items trigger nausea.

Dizziness and fainting: Enhanced smells, taste and nausea make many women avoid food and skip meals. This results in low blood sugar level and dizzy spells or fainting.

t is a complete guide that discusses what happens at each week of pregnancy, from the development of your baby, to the changes that will happen and you will encounter. It is divided into three parts: the first trimester, the second trimester, and the third trimester. Most of the guides start of with the first week, which is actually the ovulation stage and not the actual conception, and lasts up to 42 weeks since some pregnancies reach and are terminated during the 42nd week.

Exhaustion or tiredness is usually associated with pregnancy health related concerns. Pregnancy requires you to take rest as much as you can. Feeling tired or exhaustive is not a temporary phase. It occurs after one to six weeks of conceiving and can last till the entire pregnancy period. You tend to feel extremely hungry and there is a craving for food. Usually, there is no restriction on the amount of food you can have during these days but it is very important that your diet should be healthy and nutritious. Your doctor can be your best guide regarding the kind of diet you should maintain during pregnancy.Inadequate amount of Vitamin C in the pregnant woman's body is supposed to be the main cause of pregnancy complications.
