4 Signs of Infidelity
The following four points are just a small number of the signs that you should watch out for, always be vigilant, and look out for changes in your partner's behaviour. There will be many more signs to come in future articles.
1) Getting in shape. After a realtively lengthy relationship where both you and your partner are comfortable, and you have known each other for quite a while, your partner suddenly decides (for no real reason) to get into shape. They decide to join a gym or start running at nights after work. However, you are not invited to join!
2) Changes in Sexual activity. Do you and your partner make love more or less often than usual? Have they made any strange requests? This sort of sudden behavioural change can indicate that your partner is cheating on you.
3) Keeping Secrets. Everyone in a relationship has secrets, some small some not so small. However there is a limit to what type of secrets people should keep from their partners. You should pay attention to your partner's use of their mobile phone, keep an eye on when they receive calls - are they at strange hours of the day. Does your partner answer the phone and then move out of your earshot? If you are suspicious of your partner you should check their mobile phone records, if there is a number on their record that you do not know you can use an online service to track it.
4) Too Many Details. Quite often when you are telling a story to a group of friends and family you leave out some of the details that are not important, or that you you have forgotten. However, when you lie about things quite often you feel the need to exaggerate all the details so that people will not recognize that you are lying. If your partner feels the need to give you excessive details about their day you'd be quite right if you suspect them of lying.
Whether your partner is cheating on you are not, you need to find out for sure. If you do not find out your suspicions will eat you up and ultimately destroy the relationship. For a relationship to be strong you need to trust your partner.
Regardless of your suspicions there is always a chance that your partner is not actually cheating on you and there is a real reason for their change in behaviour. You must be sure that you have enough evidence to prove their guilt before mentioning your suspicions to them.
