It is very important when working on a new web project, be it from a design or development perspective to think about how new sites will be marketed in the future whether naturally, using enhanced SEO or PPC.

These are what can be known as naturally Internet Marketing friendly websites. For some less competitive search terms if developed in the right way can give client a head start for new visits relatively quickly, as content of site will be picked up and site will rank well for potentially high conversion long tail keywords (3 – 8 words in length).

In more competitive areas or for more competitive search terms if a site is designed and developed in such a style can make life much easier and more enjoyable for Internet Marketing professionals, site should perform much better long term and is a lot more professional way of working.

A naturally internet marketing friendly website is where an SEO or PPC professional can look at site and break it down into it’s constituent parts, to form microsites for marketing. These sites are often a lot more user friendly as if web professionals find it difficult to navigate imaging how hard it will be for standard users.

For example, each service offered has it’s own section, for a dentist this would correlate to : Cosmetic Fillings, Teeth Straightening, Teeth Whitening, etc.

If using SEO can then optimise each section for up to 6 search terms, specifically targeting these pages of site for link building, which in turn should mean more pages of site are indexed and rank well in their own right.

If using PPC should ensure a higher quality score as keyword relevance to page content should be much higher, ads should more accurately portray landing page and each click should in turn cost less.

Working in this style should also improve click through rate and bounce rate as user more likely to be directed to content that accurately reflects the search term they were looking for.
