Das Unternehmen wurde 1992 gegründet und gehört der Securitas Gruppe Schweiz an, welche marktführend im Bereich Sicherheit ist und seit über 100 Jahren mit ihren Dienstleistungen überzeugt.

Dienstleistungen "All Inclusive"

„All inclusive" ist das Angebot von Securitas Direct: Angefangen mit einer Sicherheitsanalyse, einer strukturierten Checkliste, welche die Schwachstellen der Räumlichkeit aufdeckt. Anschliessend erfolgt die Installation der Alarmanlage und der diversen Produkte im Bereich mechanischer Sicherheit und schliesslich die Bearbeitung der Alarme in der hauseigenen Alarmzentrale.

Die Sicherheitsanalyse ist kostenlos und unverbindlich. Sie wird von einem unserer Sicherheitsexperten durchgeführt und umfasst sieben Rubriken (Türen, Fenster, Lichtschächte, Beleuchtung, Wertsachenaufbewahrung, elektronische Installationen und Nachbarschaft). Der Experte stellt Ihr Sicherheitsniveau fest und zeigt Schwachstellen der Räumlichkeit auf. Anhand dieser Checkliste kann er Ihnen wirksame Lösungen zur Behebung der Sicherheitslücken anbieten. Die Sicherheitsanalyse ist eine Exklusivität von Securitas Direct und wurde in Zusammenarbeit mit Sicherheits-Spezialisten und kantonalen Polizei-Stellen entwickelt.

Sobald das Sicherheitskonzept definiert ist, erfolgt die Installation der Alarmanlage und der verschiedenen Produkte im Bereich mechanischer Sicherheit. Die Standorte der verschiedenen Melder der Alarmanlage werden dem Operateur in der Alarmbearbeitungszentrale kommuniziert, damit dieser im Alarmfall eine Bewegung im Objekt verfolgen kann.

Die Alarmbearbeitungszentrale ist permanent besetzt. Bei Alarm wendet der Operateur sofort die mit Ihnen vereinbarte Prozedur an, um den Ursprung des Alarmes herauszufinden. Kann ein irrtümlich ausgelöster Alarm nicht ausgeschlossen werden, beauftragt der er unverzüglich die Intervention. Zwei Interventionen sind in den Leistungen inbegriffen.

Die verschiedenen Elemente der Alarmanlage "Optiness" garantieren eine zuverlässige Sicherung Ihrer Wohnung, Ihres Hauses oder Ihrer Unternehmung. Optiness ist mit der neusten Technologie ausgestattet.

Bewegungsmelder Video, Erschütterungsmelder, Öffnungskontakt, Überfalltaste, Rauchwarnmelder, Wassermelder, Übertragung der Alarme per GSM, SIM-Karte und Kommunikation inbegriffen, Home Automation-Funktionen. Zum Alarmkonzept können jederzeit weitere Optionen und Melder hinzugefügt werden, wenn sich Ihre Bedürfnisse ändern. Die Sicherheitsexperten beraten Sie diesbezüglich.
